First official branch location - Asheville

We’ve secured our first official branch location, (aside from our headquarters in Raleigh), in Asheville at 275 Smokey Park Hwy. We are close to announcing the next ones, so stay tuned! As a reminder, the map below shows the locations of planned branches. Our branches will be interactive centers with staff available to help members learn the technology to conduct their business, and walk through processes to establish a comfort level with the technology. Services available in our branches will include the ability to deposit and withdraw cash, make loan payments, apply for accounts and loans, close loans, get cashier's checks, and make updates to your accounts and loans maintenance, such as changing an address, beneficiaries, joint owners, etc.

Please note also our current co-locations. Through partnerships with local governments, we’ve established a Civic presence in dedicated spaces within the office buildings of local governments for convenient employee access during the workday.
